Umut, a young man who was born mute but not deaf, lives with his mother Leyla in a poor neighbourhood of İstanbul. Feeling something odd going on with Leyla, Umut starts to follow her secretly and soon finds out that she has an affair with a stranger. Umut’s world turns upside down, when the truth about this man’s identity is revealed.
